MEET OUR DISTILLERS
Anthony Marinese
Co-Founder & Distiller
Distiller and consultant with experience in the United States and Chile, specialized in whiskey, bourbon-style, rye, gin, and moonshine. He began as a moonshiner in San Francisco between 2011 and 2014, developing his technique in a self-taught way.
He collaborated with KINGS COUNTY Distillery in Brooklyn and later with JETTYWAVE Distillery in Half Moon Bay, California, where he worked as Master Distiller, designing part of the distillery and creating award-winning spirits. He has 17 years of experience as a mixologist, with cocktail books published in Europe and the United States.
Digne Chinchay
Peruvian Distiller
Chinchay started with us from the very beginning as part of the distillery construction team. Once construction was complete, we offered him a contract to join the team full-time and learn the art of distillation from our master distiller. Since then, he has proven to be a very quick learner and an essential member of our team.
Chinchay is now a confident distiller, capable of crafting gin and whisky from scratch, and has recently filled his first whisky casks. Chinchay has been part of LDC’s story since its inception, and we are proud to have him as one of our distillers.
