Our Gin
1535 Gin is a tribute to a pivotal year in Peru’s history—the founding of Lima and the last year Sacsayhuaman stood in its full glory before the conquistadors dismantled much of it. This handcrafted gin blends botanicals native to Peru, celebrating the country’s enduring legacy.
Our Moonshine
Our moonshine is crafted with the finest Peruvian corn, delivering a smooth, full-bodied spirit deeply rooted in the land it comes from. Honoring Mama Killa, the Incan moon goddess, this moonshine is a tribute to the celestial traditions that guided ancient Andean civilizations.

Anthony Marinese
Co-Founder & Distiller
Anthony brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the art of spirit-making. Based in Lima-Peru, Anthony is renowned for his extensive experience in building distilleries from the ground up, crafting premium spirits, blending award winning whiskeys, and mastering the art of mixology.
Before joining Lima Distillery Co., Anthony made his mark as the Head Distiller at Jettywave Distillery in California, where he crafted an award-winning gin that garnered acclaim for its exceptional quality.
Cristopher Zúñiga
Distiller & Mixologist
Cristopher Zúñiga, a distiller and expert mixologist at Lima Distillery Company, brings 14 years of experience in the service and beverage production industry. His passion for spirits and mixology is complemented by his extensive technical knowledge and creativity.
Cristopher has served as an instructor at Bar Academy Chille, where he developed intellectual property for the distillation course.
